The Express Pharmacy team is committed to maintaining high standards to all who use our service. If something doesn’t seem right, we need to heard about it. This will go a long way to helping to continually improve upon our standards of customer care.

We have a written complaints procedure. Any complaints must be addressed to our Head Office. Please outline the nature of your complaint in writing to:

We aim to acknowledge all formal written complaints within two working days of receipt and we endeavour to reply to all complaints within five working days of receipt.
