Express Pharmacy is a fully regulated, legitimate UK pharmacy and licensed to dispense prescription medication across the UK and EU countries. It operates under the legal and regulatory supervision of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA)
All licensed medication is supplied by Dillons Pharmacy, an established NHS community pharmacy based in London. Please visit the GPhC site to view our registration as an online pharmacy or visit the NHS website.
The GPhC requires all regulated online pharmacies to display an official regulatory logo. The logo is identify whether a website offering to sell medicines or provide other pharmacy services is connected to a registered pharmacy.
By clicking on the logo, visitors are linked to a page on the GPhC website where they can make
checks to ensure the site is a registered pharmacy.

You do not need an existing prescription to use Express Pharmacy. Our free consultation process is reviewed by our independent prescriber and will assess your suitability for a treatment. If suitable, a private prescription will be issued and sent directly to our dispensing pharmacy.
We do not currently accept existing NHS/private prescriptions. We do, however, offer a free consultation service and do not charge for issuing private prescriptions. If you are eligible for treatment we will issue a private prescription
Yes. Existing customers can use the repeat ordering tool, which is found by clicking on My Patient Record under "My Account" in the top menu bar. Repeat orders can be made from the Order History section.
Our medication is supplied by Dillons Pharmacy, a community pharmacy based in London. The pharmacy is fully regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). The GPhC is responsible for establishing and promoting standards for the safe and effective practice of pharmacy at registered pharmacies. This includes ensuring that only genuine medication is dispensed to patients.
In addition, Express Pharmacy is on the MHRA list of UK registered online sellers and acts in accordance with EU legislation regarding the Falsified Medicines Directive. This is a legal requirement for all online pharmacies, and provides people buying medication online with the reassurance that they are using a legitimate site.
We deliver to most EU countries: United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Greece, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Malta, Czech Republic, Poland, Cyprus, Lithuania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania.
Due to legislation, we cannot currently ship medication to addresses in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Hungary, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Latvia, Estonia, Croatia.
You can check the status of your order in the “My Account” section of the site. You may then track your order, depending on which delivery method you have chosen.
We currently offer a range of different delivery and collection options, including same-day collection and express next-day delivery. Deliveries are fulfilled by UPS and Royal Mail.

Yes. All treatments are sent via registered mail in plain, unbranded packaging.
We accept payment by credit card or debit card, or alternatively the Klarna Pay After Delivery option which allows you to pay after receiving your order. If you select Pay After Delivery, you will receive an invoice by email from Klarna, asking you to settle payment within 14 days. Klarna is an internationally-renowned online payment processor that we use to process payments for our service. Klarna offer more payment options than other payment processors, such as the ability to defer payment and pay within 14 days of your purchase (Pay After Delivery).
If you don't want to pay immediately at checkout, you can choose the Klarna Pay After Delivery option and pay within 14 days. Once approved, payment will be deferred and you will be given a 14-day window in which to pay, meaning that you don’t have to pay any money until your order has arrived. You will be sent an email by Klarna explaining how to make payment when you are ready to do so.
If your 14-day payment window is denied by Klarna, you can still pay right away with a credit or debit card.
For regulatory reasons, we cannot reuse medication that has already been dispensed.
Unwanted medication must be taken to your local pharmacy for disposal. Alternatively, we can dispose of the medication for you. Please contact email@example.com for more information.
You can cancel an order for medicines up until the point of dispatch. This can be done by contacting the Patient Support Team. Please note, dispatch could occur soon after an order is placed.
If the prescriber, for any reason, decides not to issue a prescription for a particular treatment, you will be notified via email and issued with a full refund.
Damaged or faulty goods
Damaged or faulty goods can be returned and a full refund will be given including your postage costs. Please inform us by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number. Please ensure that the returned item is complete and includes all the original packaging. The return address can be found on the dispensing label on your medication.
